I had a rest-less sleep last night, tossing and turning, finally got some good shut-eye this morning. I am sore, tired and cranky and I DON'T WANNA GO. I haven't eaten yet either, its 2:45 and I need to leave in about 20 mins to get to Brooke's by 4 to get to the gym. Ugh! I don't wanna, I want to make one million excuses not to go, And I really don't feel well either.
But, how am I going to see results if I make excuses or take too long to "recover" from being sore? Oh yea, thats right. I WON'T.
So here I go off my bum to get ready, grab some food, and take my sore bum into the gym. When I put it in perspective, Its one hour, how bad is that? Then I remember it is intense.
Here we go day two.
