3pm and I am finally out of bed, well I am still IN bed, but awake, clearly :) Had a late night last night and fell asleep about 6 am!
Brooke is not planning on working out she needs to get some professional things together, I've missed two days now, I need to go. Not really sure I want to go alone. But I will be going regardless.
Now just to get up and get some protein in my tummy before I decide to head out. Thinking about going around 6pm.
I really need to start on the eating right plan..aside from eating the right foods, I need to get a better jump on the day with it and get into a routine!
This is my journey through those tasks, chores, goals & dreams I have left unfinished!
