With any Work Out Plan comes a diet plan with it right? I wish I could say no, and just eat all the junk I want to. But, if I do that then the times I bust my ass at the gym are going to waste.
I went grocery shopping tonight, which I hate, bought a bunch of healthy stuff. I really need to stick to it, and learn portion control. Which also comes eating at the right times and not just out of bordem or habit.
I have a little over two months to get in shape I need to connect mind and body. I need to commit to this entirely and completely. That being said, I can't be eating out, indulging in fast foods, candy, soda, other fatty foods ect. I get one cheat day, which is Sunday when I can't go to the gym. I need to over come this and really put everything I have into it if I want to see the changes in the time frame I want to see them in.
So, it starts first thing in the morning, and I hope I can resist all of the urges, especially Hooters, I love that damn place!
This is my journey through those tasks, chores, goals & dreams I have left unfinished!
