Day 9-Oh no!

I've been fighting a sore throat since Friday night, it went full blown today and just wiped me out completely. I need to take a day off and try to get better. :(

I don't want to miss the work out, but I really can't push myself if I am not feeling 100%

This just reminds me I need to start taking a multi-vitamin to eliminate this crap. I know its the freaking air conditioning, I go from a cold house to a hot and humid climate when I go outside. I've always gotten sick from dramatic weather changes, even living back in Denver. That, and I'm sure it doesn't help I am running all over the place all of the time.

I am secretly hoping I feel better in a few hours and muster up the strength to go, but it doesn't look too promising :(
